At Pure Drip, every order is carefully prepared, packaged and dispatched with care.
Order Processing
All Pure Drip fragrances are freshly prepared and hand-blended to order.
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. You will then receive a dispatch confirmation once your order has been sent.
UK Delivery
All UK orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.
Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during weekends, bank holidays, busy periods or due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Free UK Delivery
We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on orders over £30.
As our 50ml perfumes are priced at £34.99, purchasing one 50ml bottle qualifies for free UK delivery.
Any express, upgraded or alternative delivery services offered at checkout may incur an additional charge.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once an order has entered preparation or has already been dispatched.
Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and provide:

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
