Pure Drip fragrances are original, custom-blended creations.
Our fragrances may be described by reference to the scent character or profile of well-known fragrances. These references are used solely to help customers understand the fragrance style.
Pure Drip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or manufactured by any designer brand or manufacturer referenced on this website.
All brand names, trademarks and copyrights belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Our fragrances are not represented as original products of any designer fragrance house.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, fragrance notes, sizes and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
Fragrance perception can vary from person to person, and the development of a fragrance may vary depending on skin chemistry, application, storage and environmental conditions.
Product images are for presentation purposes and colours or appearance may vary slightly depending on your device or screen.
4. Freshly Made to Order
Pure Drip fragrances are freshly prepared and hand-blended to order.
Because each fragrance is freshly prepared, customers may notice some development in the fragrance after delivery.
We recommend giving the bottle 4-5 deep sprays after arrival and storing it in a cool, dark and dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and moisture.
The fragrance may continue to mature and develop over approximately 4-6 weeks.
5. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.
The current price of our featured 50ml fragrances is displayed on each individual product page.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted.
6. Orders
Placing an item in your basket does not reserve that product.
An order is submitted when you complete the checkout process.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Payment cannot be authorised
- Incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed
- Fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected
- We are unable to fulfil the order
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the appropriate amount will be refunded.
7. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Pure Drip does not directly store full payment-card details where payments are processed through an external payment provider.
8. Delivery
Orders are normally freshly prepared and dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Standard UK delivery normally takes approximately 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Cancellations & Faulty Products
Our fragrances are freshly prepared and made to order.
Where the law allows us to exclude a cancellation right for goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised, that right will not apply.
Where a statutory cancellation right does apply, we will honour it in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

Where we ask you to return a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied product, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions.

Qualifying orders may include one complimentary 3ml fragrance sample.
The sample fragrance is selected by Pure Drip and is:

- Not exchangeable for cash
- Not guaranteed to be a specific fragrance
The promotion may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
Free UK Delivery
Free standard UK delivery may be included with qualifying orders during the promotional period.
Express or upgraded delivery services may incur additional charges.
12. Availability
All products and promotional items are subject to availability.
Pure Drip may amend, replace or withdraw products from sale without prior notice.
13. Intellectual Property
All Pure Drip branding, original website content, product names, graphics and other materials owned by Pure Drip may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.
Third-party trademarks mentioned on the website remain the property of their respective owners.
14. Website Use
You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or use it for unlawful purposes.
15. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by law, Pure Drip is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
